The company provides two types of work on its platform (1) Daily and (2) Contract work. Book an order to avail the service at any time.
2. All such persons who avail the services of the company are called as customers here. These terms and conditions are for the customer who uses and consumes the service of the company. 3. You acknowledge that the service rates/prices vary depending on the location of work of the workman/service man. Every worker / service man has the right to set his own rate / price. Company's continuity with the price / rate, 10 percent of the price / rate service charge is payable for better service, but online before the customer booking time or work starts. If he pays, he will be given a discount of 2%. And if online payment is made after the start of the work and before the completion of the work, then a discount of 1% will be given. Then he will not be entitled to 2% discount. It is advised to make online payment to avail maximum discount.
4. You accept that for availing the service, if the customer books the order for the first time, there will be no service charge of any kind. Then only the service rate of each service man will be charged. If the order is canceled by the customer after the order has been booked by the customer and after the service man has been released/allotted, a penalty charge of 5 percent of that booking will be payable.
5. The solution to the problems of customers and employees will be completed within 24 hours. May seek your opinion regarding the work/service of the booking service man. Whose rating number is divided from 01 to 5 points. Rating points 1 means poor, 2 means moderately poor, 3 means good, 4 means very good, 5 means best/excellent. A mark may be given on the basis of service rendered by the worker. The quality of the company's work gets affected if you don't give your opinion regarding the worker.
6. For service/complaint related to customer, company and worker, they can get solution within 24 hours by visiting company's website/mobile app and complaining on customer care/email/text message etc.
7. The company can inform you from time to time through website/app/email/text message through offer, event, or any other information to provide quality work and service at any time.
8. You do not have any right to discriminate against any Partner on the basis of his/her religion, race, nationality, sexual gender identity, age or any other characteristic under applicable law. If such a complaint is found, your ID will be closed and all your rights will be withdrawn.
9. You acknowledge that the information given by you regarding your account is true and correct in which no fraud has been committed. You have the right to use your account only. If you access your account through any other If you run it, then you will be responsible for all the activities that happen in your account.
